Drug addiction prevention was carried out among students of AmSPSU in the second hostel

On March 2, an information and educational event was held in the dormitory No. 2, the purpose of which was to draw students ' attention to the problem of their own safety and increase their awareness of the problem of drug addiction. Students of the PPO(PP)-21 group (A. Bayrachnaya, S. Belova, N. Vataga, N. Erkina, E. Lazareva, A. Fedorova, S. Solovyova) took part in the preparation and holding of the event under the guidance of the curator of the group E. N. Katkova. The event included three information tents "Giving up drugs", a quiz on the knowledge of the consequences of drug use and a quest "Web" to recognize the myths and temptations that people face in the modern world. Students had the opportunity to discover their awareness of the issues of recognizing the symptoms of substance use, the patterns of drug addiction and its consequences for a person. The participants of the event got acquainted with the real stories of drug addicts with many years of experience who found the strength to give up drugs. Successful completion of tasks by students was rewarded with a sweet prize, which brightened up the evening of the students of the hostel.
