English Language Olympiads Held at the Faculty of Philology

The past week was marked by a series of university Olympiads in foreign languages for students of non-linguistic majors, held as part of Amur State University of Humanities and Pedagogy's (ASUHP) annual Science Days. On Monday, first-year students of ASUHP took part in the English language Olympiad. The participants tested their knowledge of vocabulary, grammar, listening, and speaking skills. After thorough discussion, the jury announced the winners: 1st place — Danil Kukharenko, first-year student of the Faculty of Nature and Geography 2nd place — Varvara Lukyanova, first-year student of the Faculty of Technologies, Economy, and Design 3rd place — Elizaveta Makridina and Alexandra Ulanovskaya, students of the Secondary Vocational Education program On Friday, students from the Primary Education and Foreign Language and History and Foreign Language programs competed in English language proficiency. 1st place — Sofya Olekseenko, fourth-year student of the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology 2nd place — Valeria Drozdova, third-year student of the Faculty of History and Law 3rd place — Viktoriya Domashenko, third-year student of the Primary Education and Foreign Language program Congratulations to all the winners!
